KASHRUT GUIDELINES FOR CONGREGATION B'NAI JACOB

What we do:
Calling committee: contact members for meetings & events
Programming: aid in the selection of meeting topics & speakers
Sunshine: visit members in hospitals and send flowers
Mitzvah Days: organize and plan list of needs
Reservations: record & report reservations for our functions
Bulletin News: write & send needed info for the bulletin
New Member Service: get participants & plan oneg Shabbath
Nursery arrange for babysitters
School Relations: educational programming for children
Holiday Celebration: Hanukkah, Purim etc.
Women's events: helping the federation plan events
Jewish family living: adult education
Baking: baking in our kitchen for events
Cooking: cooking in our kitchen for events
Billing: mail out statements
Inventory: order perishables as well as cookware & log needed supplies
Booking: work through office calendar to set dates for events
Kiddush: contacting members to sponsor kiddush
